Nakrob (Ter Chantavit) is a property agent known for deceiving his clients. He stumbles upon an abandoned hotel called Sukhee Nirun, which is being sold at a bargain price. Convinced that the hotel is haunted, he sees a business opportunity. Nakrob attempts to drive the ghost away with a ritual alongside a shaman, but the ghost refuses to leave its beloved hotel.
